Leading Essence was founded by Henrik Lindh, a leader with more than 30 years of experience in developing complex organizations. With a background as Director of Education in the Municipality of Haninge, he led one of Sweden’s largest education systems and has extensive experience of leadership at both operational and strategic levels.
Henrik is certified in group development, coaching, and communication and behavioral styles, and has completed the Stockholm School of Economics’ Public Sector Management Program (OSMP), focusing on leading complex missions and organizations.
However, his journey began much earlier, through martial arts, meditation, and self-leadership. Holding a black belt in Aikido and with more than 30 years of work in personal development, he has explored the inner dimension of leadership, balance, presence, and direction. These experiences form the foundation of how Leading Essence develops leaders and organizations, whether the task is leading oneself or leading others.
